We do not use tracking cookies, analytics services, or third-party advertising pixels. We do not load fonts or scripts from third-party CDNs (Content Delivery Networks). Your visit to this site remains private.

02. Server Logs
For security purposes and to ensure the stability of our services, our server automatically logs basic connection data, including your IP address, browser type, and time of access.
These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest).
03. Lines & Veils Tool
Data entered into the Lines & Veils tool is stored on our server to facilitate the shared game session. This data is anonymous by default. We do not link this data to user accounts or identities.
Please do not enter personally identifiable information (real names, addresses, phone numbers) into the game fields.
- Data Retention Campaign data is stored until it is deleted manually or automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
- Deletion Request If you wish to have a specific campaign room deleted immediately, please contact us at privacy@orbytale.com.
04. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send you updates. We use SendFox (a service provided by Sumo Group Inc., USA) to manage our subscriber list and deliver emails.
- Double Opt-In To ensure your consent, we use the "Double Opt-In" procedure. You will only be added to the distribution list after you confirm your subscription by clicking the link sent to your email address.
- Legal Basis The processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Unsubscribe You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of every newsletter email.
